During the training, we came together in a cooperative because unity is strength, and this synergy will allow us to quickly reach our goal of being financially independent.
This training organised by EGO INITIATIVE as part of CARE Burundi's TUBAKARORERO project was very beneficial for me. Before, I didn't know how to make bread, but today I am capable of it.
Organising this training for us restored our image, which had been tarnished in the eyes of the surrounding community and our parents, who saw us as undisciplined children because we had given birth before marriage.
